- No nightclubs — raw, historic spaces only.
- No door sales. No waitlist. Pack is the only way in.

When does my pack arrive?
Packs are sent out two to three weeks before the event by Royal Mail. Tracking sent via email.
Wheelchair accessible?
Yes. If you have specific access needs, message us on Facebook or Instagram before buying.
Can I buy at the door?
No. The pack is the only way in.
Age limit?
18+.
Refunds?
14 day cooling-off period from purchase. After that, all sales are final once the event is confirmed.
Live outside the UK?
Get in touch before buying — message us on Facebook or Instagram, or email housemastersmusic@outlook.com — and we'll arrange a collection point where you can pick up your pack before the session.
