Shipping policy

Event Packs are shipped via Royal Mail to the address provided during checkout. Please ensure your address is correct at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for packs sent to incorrect addresses.

Packs are posted approximately two weeks before the event date. A flat delivery fee of £2 applies to all UK orders.

We do not ship internationally.
