Secret Session Event Packs

Changed your mind? No problem. You have 14 days from the date of purchase to request a full refund, no questions asked. Just email us at housemastersmusic@outlook.com with your order number. Message the page on social media if no response within 72 hours.

After 14 days, all sales are final. Event packs are non-refundable. Artist fees, production and venue costs are committed months in advance. Every pack sold is a commitment we've already made on your behalf.

You can transfer your pack to someone else at any time. Just email us the name of the new attendee before packs are posted.

Event tickets are exempt from the 14-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. The 14-day refund window we offer is a goodwill policy, not a legal requirement.
